IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!
Please remember, no treatment a month before the covid-19 vaccine and a month after the vaccine (including boosters ) this goes for all treatments, please make sure you can attend your appointment before going ahead and booking in. It is your responsibility to ensure your covid vaccine doesn’t interfere with the booked treatment.

Covid -19: Anyone with covid -19
please send us a photo of your test that you have tested positive, if this isn’t sent within 3 hours of you cancelling the booking fee is then lost- all bookings can be rescheduled within 2 weeks of testing positive if this is sent.

If there were to be another ‘ lockdown’ or lockdown is extended or the practitioner treating you needs to self-isolate or is unwell for any reason we will reschedule your appointments the booking fee will not be lost. If you choose to go ahead with the booking and decide to cancel your appointment and not reschedule unfortunately the booking fee will be lost due to this being out of our control. Unfortunately, we do not know what is happening from week to week, so what will happen is unpredictable.

£50 booking fee is taken upon booking which is non-refundable under any circumstances once the appointment is booked you cannot change or move your appointment around. The booking fee will come off the required amount on the day of treatment.
Clients must bring a form of I.D ( identification) to show they are 18 and over or the treatment will be refused and the booking fee is forfeited.

Clients must avoid the following up to their treatment if they do not abide by this treatment will be refused and the booking fee is forfeited- clients please do not take any pain relief or vitamins for 4 days before the treatment or any alcohol or caffeine for 48 hours before treatment

Please note you must not be on any antibiotics or have taken them for one month before any Botox or filler or lip blush appointments this affects your treatment greatly and we will have to turn you away and the booking fee will be lost as a result in wasted time. If you are on any medication please message us to check this will not interfere with a treatment being done before booking in.
